Ribbon cutting to reveal Vance County High School's Greenhouse
“A second greenhouse has been added to the Vance County High School Horticulture Department, thanks to funding from an NC FFA grant. Under Career and Technical Education Instructor Harden Richards, this new addition will further enhance the school’s already thriving horticulture program. It will also create more opportunities for collaboration across Career and Technical Education areas—including Culinary Arts and Food and Nutrition—as the school continues its efforts to promote food sustainability within the community.” - Aarika Sandlin
